tkit.ai vs Crisp

PreviousNext

Crisp's published workspace prices and included seats, compared with tkit.ai's indicative plans. Only facts from Crisp's pricing page and this product.

Crisp prices a workspace per month and includes a set number of seats on each plan. tkit.ai publishes indicative plan prices that list unlimited teammates. Both are workspace-shaped bills, which makes the seat cap the detail to read. This page uses Crisp's pricing page and tkit.ai pricing. It does not repeat Crisp's customer-count claim.

What Crisp lists

Crisp describes a 14-day trial of the full feature set for new accounts.

The plans on the pricing page, with the monthly prices their comparison table states, are:

  • Free, $0. Website chat widget, 2 seats, a shared inbox, and no AI credits.
  • Mini, $45 per month per workspace. 4 seats, a shared email inbox, about $5 of AI credits or about 90 automated conversations, plus shortcuts, chat triggers, and private notes.
  • Essentials, $95 per month per workspace. 10 seats, about $25 of AI credits or about 450 automated conversations. The page mentions WhatsApp, Instagram, SMS, Line, and Viber on this tier.
  • Plus, $295 per month per workspace in the comparison table. Additional agents are $10 per month, with about $75 of AI credits.

The table's plan prices per month are $0, $45, $95, and $295. Those are the numbers to quote. The AI credit amounts are the approximations their page gives, so this page keeps the word “about.”

Crisp's free plan is a real $0 widget with a two-seat inbox. That is a different offer from a paid plan that happens to include chat.

What tkit.ai publishes

tkit.ai's widget is a hosted script, https://cdn.tkit.ai/widget.js, with data-widget-id. The install guide is the setup path. Allowed domains restrict the hosts that can load it. Workspaces separate products, brands, or clients, and one workspace can run several widgets.

Indicative prices, not a checkout:

  • Starter: $12 per month, or $9 billed annually. 3 workspaces, unlimited teammates, 1,000 tickets a month.
  • Growth: $19 or $15. 5 workspaces, unlimited teammates, 10,000 tickets.
  • Scale: $39 or $31. Unlimited workspaces, unlimited teammates, 50,000 tickets, priority support.

Creating an account does not require a card. Plan enforcement is not available. The custom row on the pricing table is contact sales, not a free tier.

Tee uses the notes and FAQs on a widget. You can pause it, disable it, or rename it. There is no AI-credit balance published on the tkit.ai pricing page. Do not invent one to make the Crisp credits look comparable. They are Crisp's unit. Ours is “the notes you wrote,” and a person replies when those notes run out.

Seats and channels

Crisp's published caps are 2, 4, and 10 seats, and Plus adds agents at $10 per month. tkit.ai's three priced plans say unlimited teammates. A Mini workspace at $45 with 4 seats is more than tkit.ai's published Scale price of $39, and it includes a shared email inbox that tkit.ai does not have. A free Crisp workspace with 2 seats is $0, which no tkit.ai card matches, because tkit.ai does not publish a free plan.

Channels are the other gap. Essentials mentions WhatsApp, Instagram, SMS, Line, and Viber. tkit.ai's inbox is for the website widget. Email you already receive stays in your mail tool. Social inboxes are not part of this product. If those channels are why you are on Crisp, this comparison should end here.

If you are only comparing website chat plus a shared inbox, the published units are: Crisp charges the workspace and counts seats; tkit.ai's indicative cards charge the plan and do not count seats. A 10-person team on Crisp Essentials is looking at $95 per month on their table. The same headcount does not change tkit.ai's published Growth or Scale figure. That is arithmetic from the two pages, not a promise that the products are equivalent.

Widget behavior on tkit.ai

The launcher is configured per widget: greeting, FAQs, colors, logo. Visitors write, the thread hits the inbox unread, and the team can raise a ticket. The shared inbox page is that workflow in more detail. The live chat widget page is the snippet and the domain list.

Crisp's page lists shortcuts, triggers, and private notes on Mini. tkit.ai does not document an equivalent trigger product here. Do not assume a missing line is a hidden feature.

How to choose from the two pages

Choose the Crisp plan whose seat cap and channels match the work, including Free if two people and a widget are enough. Use their 14-day full-feature trial if you want to see the product before a workspace bill. That trial is theirs. tkit.ai's equivalent of "try it" is an account with no credit card and a widget on a domain you allow, followed by a conversation about the indicative plan. Those are different commitments: one ends in a Crisp workspace price, the other does not start a subscription from the website.

Choose tkit.ai if the work is website chat, several teammates, and separate workspaces, and you can accept indicative prices plus a contact step instead of a card form. The support templates cover the replies you will still write. They are not an AI credit pack.
