Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of tkit.ai.

1. 01Acceptance

   These terms govern your access to and use of tkit.ai (the “Service”). By creating an account or embedding the widget, you agree to them.

2. 02The Service

   tkit.ai lets you embed a live chat widget on your website, receive visitor messages in a dashboard, and reply in real time. We may update or improve the Service over time.

3. 03Your account

   • You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
   • You are responsible for activity under your account and seats.
   • You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your region.

4. 04Acceptable use

   You agree not to use the Service to:

   • Break the law or infringe others’ rights.
   • Send spam, malware, or abusive content.
   • Attempt to bypass plan limits or security controls.
   • Reverse engineer or resell the Service without permission.

5. 05Your content and visitors

   You retain ownership of the content and visitor data you collect through your widget. You are the data controller for that data and are responsible for a lawful basis to collect it, an appropriate privacy notice to your visitors, and responding to their requests. You grant us the rights needed to host and process this data to provide the Service.

6. 06Plans, limits, and billing

   New workspaces start with a 15-day free trial on the Starter plan. When the trial ends you must choose a paid plan (Starter, Growth, Scale, or Custom) to keep using the Service; an expired workspace stops accepting new tickets until you subscribe. Usage over your plan’s limits may be blocked until you upgrade or the limit resets.

7. 07Availability and disclaimer

   We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

8. 08Termination

   You may stop using the Service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. 09Changes

   We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service. The effective date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
