Human judgment stays in the loop

AI in tkit.ai suggests wording only after a support teammate asks for it. The draft appears in the composer, where it can be edited, regenerated, discarded, or sent by a person.

That boundary is deliberate. tkit.ai does not present the suggestion feature as an autonomous support agent.
