tkit.ai vs Tidio

PreviousNext

Tidio's published trial, Starter figure, billable conversations, and Lyro add-on, next to tkit.ai's indicative plans. No resolution-rate claims.

Tidio prices customer service around a free plan, a Starter figure, billable conversations, and a Lyro AI add-on. tkit.ai prices indicative workspace plans that are not per seat and do not list a conversation pack. This page only uses Tidio's pricing page and the product described on tkit.ai pricing. It leaves out Tidio's resolution-rate marketing.

What Tidio lists

Tidio has a free plan. Their page describes a 7-day trial with no credit card, after which the account downgrades to Free unless you upgrade.

The Starter price is shown as $24.17, with 100 billable conversations and 100 Flows visitors. The page also has a Monthly / Annually control with “2 months free” on the annual side. Because of that toggle, this page does not call $24.17 the undiscounted monthly price. It is the Starter figure their pricing page shows in the context of that control. Read the toggle before you budget.

Lyro, their AI agent add-on, is listed as starting at $32.50 per month.

A billable conversation, in their definition, is a live chat, ticket, email, or social conversation that includes a human agent message, or that a human agent starts. Unanswered visitor messages, and replies from Flows or Lyro, are not billable. One thread counts as one billable conversation.

Self-serve plans list up to 10 agents. Multiple websites share one widget's appearance and behavior settings.

On the Free Customer Service plan, Flows are limited to 100 unique visitors per month. Every account starts with 50 Lyro conversations, and those do not refresh monthly until a paid Lyro plan.

What tkit.ai publishes

The widget is one script, https://cdn.tkit.ai/widget.js, with its own data-widget-id. Steps are in the install guide. Each widget has its own appearance, greeting, and FAQs. That is the opposite of a setting that several websites must share. If two sites should look different, use two widgets. Allowed domains still decide where each one loads.

Indicative plans:

  • Starter: $12 per month, or $9 when billed annually. 3 workspaces, unlimited teammates, 1,000 tickets per month.
  • Growth: $19 or $15. 5 workspaces, unlimited teammates, 10,000 tickets.
  • Scale: $39 or $31. Unlimited workspaces, unlimited teammates, 50,000 tickets, priority support.

No checkout. No card to create an account. The ticket counts are indicative limits, not a pack of billable conversations you purchase on this site. A ticket is a conversation you raise in the inbox and move through statuses. It is not Tidio's billable-conversation definition, so do not line the two quotas up as the same meter.

Tee answers from notes and FAQs on that widget. Pause it, disable it, or rename it. There is no published “starts at $32.50” add-on for Tee, and there is no published pool of 50 AI conversations. If Tee has no note, a person replies from the shared inbox.

Agents, sites, and the unit of the bill

Tidio's self-serve cap is 10 agents. tkit.ai's priced plans list unlimited teammates. Ten people do not change the published tkit.ai figure. They would sit at the top of Tidio's self-serve agent limit.

Tidio's billable conversation ignores pure Lyro or Flows replies and counts a thread once a human speaks. That can make a human-light inbox cheaper on their meter, and it can make a human-heavy inbox more expensive than the Starter figure's 100 included conversations. tkit.ai does not offer that meter. You cannot infer a Tidio invoice from a tkit.ai ticket limit, or the reverse.

Multiple Tidio websites sharing one widget's appearance is a constraint to notice if each brand needs its own greeting. tkit.ai's model is one widget configuration per widget, and more than one widget per workspace. The live chat widget page describes that.

What Tidio includes that this product does not

Email and social conversations are inside their billable-conversation definition, which means those channels exist in the product they are pricing. tkit.ai's inbox starts from the website widget. It is not a social inbox and not a shared mailbox. Flows, as they use the word, are their automation. tkit.ai does not document a Flows builder.

If you need those channels, Tidio's page is the one to trial. Their trial is 7 days, then Free, unless you upgrade. The Free plan's Flow visitor cap and the non-refreshing 50 Lyro conversations are the limits they publish for starting out.

When the tkit.ai card is the closer match

Use it when the team wants website chat, separate widget settings, unlimited teammates on the published plan, and an AI reply path that is “notes on this widget” rather than a Lyro subscription. Prices stay indicative until you talk to us. The support templates are for the human replies either product will still leave you.

A small SaaS team that is choosing a first widget can also read live chat for SaaS. It is the same tkit.ai product, described for that job, not a different SKU.
